Glenmore is a long established area with many neighborhoods and continues to grow while adding new schools and road upgrades. Very close to UBCO and the Kelowna airport.
Rutland is a dynamic and family orientated area of Kelowna. There are many schools and parks including water park and skate board park. Many young families have recently moved into the Rutland area as it is one of the more affordable neighbourhoods in Kelowna.
Springfield and Spall neighbourhoods are centrally located and on main bus loops. This is a great location for families and business professionals as it is located closely to the Landmark Business Centre and main shopping malls.
South East Kelowna is where JP Letnick and his family originally moved to when they first came to Kelowna in 1999. This area has many orchards, trails, golf courses and single family residential homes. You’ll be close to the city yet still be able to enjoy nature.

One of the most desirable locations in Kelowna is the Lower MIssion. This is a central location with easy access roads to Downtown, Hospital, Wineries and the beach. Some of the best schools in Kelowna are located in the Lower Mission area.
Close to Downtown Kelowna, Beaches and the Kelowna General Hospital; South Kelowna extends from Highway 97 to K.L.O Road and stretches from the Kelowna Lake to Gordon Drive. The neighbourhoods have been revitalized including upgrades to Abbott St pathway.
