Meet Tatjana Stepanec
Tatjana moved to Canada from Lithuania in 2008, she is fluent in Russian and English. With all the rainy climate in Lithuania, she decided that Kelowna would be ideal place to start a new life and it became her home with all its beautiful sceneries, sunrises and sunsets and the most amazing lake views.
Tatjana used to be a translator and an English teacher: she started a company teaching English to Russian speaking immigrants who would need some assistance with basic language skills and any other information about the process of settling in Canada. She also worked in a software company as a technical support representative and as an executive assistant in a joint-venture. Her goal has always been to help people and make them feel more comfortable in a new environment.
This year she has successfully completed the Real Estate Trading Services Licensing Program and now can fully apply all the skills.
The goal for Tatjana is to provide deep product knowledge and dedication to real estate in the Okanagan, to make clients feel at ease at any phase in the real estate transaction.
Meet Jerry Cai
Jerry moved to Canada with his family when he was 8 years old and has resided in Vancouver ever since. Growing up, he has always been fascinated by the intricacies of the human body,which led him to obtain a degree in biological sciences from Simon Fraser University. After spending 2 years working in an academic research lab, which used nematodes as a model organism for biomedical research, he realized that his passion for helping people was greater than research. As a result he decided to move to Kelowna to start a career in real estate which combines his love for helping people and meeting new people.
Jerry has always been fond of the Okanagan region for its breathtaking views of the lakes and mountains as well as the friendly close – knit community. In his spare time Jerry loves spending his time outdoors hiking, playing various sports and enjoying everything that Kelowna has to offer.
Being fluent in both English and Mandarin, Jerry’s goal is to help families of different nationalities realize their ultimate dream of owning a house in beautiful British Columbia as well as help investors find a business to grow their portfolio.
Meet Nikki Cheng
Nikki Cheng is International Marketing Director of Letnick Estates. She can speak fluent Chinese and English.
Nikki will be responsible for generating leads by identifying potential global markets, product development, sales, and advertising.
She studied at Kwantlen Polytechnic University for four years majoring in Arts and Modern Languages.
During the last year of school she worked for a local Vancouver start-up company called Naughty Orange Studio as a social media editor and marketing coordinator. The company developed an app that comments on local restaurants for the Chinese community.
She worked for Lahoo Lifestyle website and a newspaper called Today Commercial News as a journalist and advertising executive.
She moved to Alberta in 2015 and worked as a sales consultant at a high-end jewelry and article gallery in the Fairmont Chatel Lake Louise Hotel.
Nikki is a passionate volunteer as she took an active role in working with both her university and community. For example, Willindon church, nursing home, the SUCCESS organization, KPU START volunteers organization.
Her goal is to help foreign clients who want to invest and/or settle down in British Columbia.
Meet Mika Truong
Mika is International Marketing Director of Letnick Estates. She can speak fluent Japanese and English.
She moved to Kelowna in the summer of 1996 to attend ESL (English as a Second Language). She has never moved out of Kelowna as she fell in love with this city instantly. She went to hair school in 2005 and became a hair stylist. She has been enjoying doing hair since she was a little girl. Her long term dream came true by becoming a hair stylist then she started a home-based hair salon in 2008. Her passion is to make people happy. She started an online English teaching job in 2016. She found helping people with their needs is very rewarding. She is constantly challenging herself and always eager to learn.
Kelowna has grown a lot compare to when she moved here back in 1996 but it still has a “Friendly small town” feeling to it. She loves the sceneries of mountains and the lake, she also loves people, food and everything about Kelowna. She believes this place is constantly a popular place because she is not the only one feeling that way. She would like to spread the word about this beautiful city Kelowna and help friends to find their comfortable homes.
