Creating professional real estate videos doesn't have to cost you an arm and a leg. DSLR cameras can cost a few thousand dollars plus the lenses are another few grand for each one.
Alternatively you could hire a professional video team for each listing but that can start to add up even on the low end of $500 per listing.

Our cell phone shoots 4K HD video and when we couple that with a lavaliere microphone, we can do high quality walk through videos without having to do post production voice overs.
Just record, throw into a simple video editor, add some music and transitions and you are done!
