JP Letnick is a Kelowna-based REALTOR® serving clients throughout the Central Okanagan. Since starting his entrepreneurial journey in 2000, he has built a reputation for strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and delivering consistent results for buyers, sellers, and investors.
Over the years, JP has earned a number of industry recognitions for his work. He has been ranked among the Top 10 Real Estate Agents in Kelowna from 2014 to 2025, and was named one of the Top 100 Real Estate Agents in Canada by RankMyAgent. In 2023, he was recognized as one of the Top 50 REALTORS® by the Association of Interior REALTORS®, and in 2024 he was honoured as one of Kelowna’s Top 40 Under 40 by the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce. Most recently, JP received the Master Award with Oakwyn Realty for 2024–2025 and was recognized as a Top 10 Sales Producer at Oakwyn Realty Okanagan in 2025.
Before focusing fully on real estate, JP gained valuable experience in the banking industry from 2007 to 2010. This background continues to help him guide clients through financing considerations and the financial side of real estate transactions.
From 2010 to 2021, JP also served as a Director for an international marketing company based in the United States, where he developed extensive experience in business strategy, marketing, and working with global networks.
JP is equally passionate about giving back to the community. He served as a board member supporting the Kelowna–Lake Country MLA from 2016 to 2024 and was also involved with a non-profit affordable housing development organization from 2021 to 2024, contributing his time and expertise to initiatives aimed at increasing housing opportunities in the region.
Fluent in both English and French, JP is committed to providing thoughtful guidance, strong advocacy, and a high level of service for clients buying, selling, or investing in real estate across the Central Okanagan.
