JP Letnick I have now hired 5 times as my realtor for both buying and selling. Even after I have purchased a condo, he still helps me if I can’t figure out how something works, or contact #s for building managers etc. He even came to a condo I purchased to show me how to turn the fireplace and gas on for the bbq !
