Eric Stein is a lifelong Okanagan resident. He was born and raised in Vernon and then attended the University of Victoria, competing as part of the university swim team. He moved to Kelowna in 2015 to complete a civil engineering technology program, leading to work in construction management and project coordination. This work familiarized him with reading building plans and blueprints, and interpreting municipal and building codes.
Eric and his wife Naomi purchased their first Kelowna home in 2018. They regularly expand their Okanagan view by visiting new neighborhoods, attending community events, and trekking along the Valley’s many beautiful trails with their adventure cats. Eric specializes in residential real estate, keeping well up to date with the market, serving Kelowna and surrounding areas of the Central and North Okanagan.
