Jerry moved to Canada with his family when he was 8 years old and had resided in Vancouver until coming to Kelowna. Growing up, he has always been fascinated by the intricacies of the human body, which led him to obtaining a degree in biological sciences from Simon Fraser University. After spending 2 years working in an academic research lab, which used nematodes as a model organism for biomedical research, he realized that his passion for helping people was greater than research. As a result he decided to move to Kelowna to start a career in real estate which combines his love for helping people and meeting new faces.
Jerry has always been fond of the Okanagan Region, being known for its breathtaking views of lakes and mountains as well as it’s friendly close – knit community. In his spare time, Jerry loves to spend his time outdoors hiking, playing various sports, and enjoying everything that Kelowna has to offer.
Being fluent in both English and Mandarin, Jerry’s goal is to help families of different nationalities realize their ultimate dream of owning a house in beautiful British Columbia, as well as help investors find a business to grow their portfolio.
