My fiance and I were first time home buyers but my mom has bought many homes.

We all agreed JP was absolutely amazing. He made everything so clear and simple, helped us find the perfect condo and was always available to help us out with all our questions ( including on evenings and weekends) - and we had lots of questions!

We were in a bit of a lawyer crisis on our possession date and we were about to leave on a trip, and JP honestly killed it for us and saved the day. He worked so hard and spent the entire day on the phone for us - figuring out what went wrong (and since he got stern with them and got ahold of higher-ups, likely got us a discounted lawyer rate because of their mistakes).

And he actually pulled it off and got us into our home on time. He also was always willing to sit at the house when a realtor needed to be present (e.g. before the funds were confirmed or the blinds guy needed to come for a quote). I don't know if any other realtor could have worked this magic for us.

He was also just a super nice guy who would be great just to hang out with and even got us a moving in gift (despite us saying he didn't need to)! Overall, JP was an incredible realtor and I will be recommending him highly to my friends and family.

We are from out of province. JP and Joanna listened to our situation, arranged a day to show us around Kelowna and some condo units that might be of interest to us. JP, Joanna and team helped us thru the purchasing process from offer, acceptance, helping arrange a home inspection, working with our lawyer and then following up to make sure we were taking care of everything before closing day. On closing day the Letnick team was there for us and closing was a breeze, no surprises. Many thanks.
