My family and I have recently moved to Kelowna. We love this new house very much. We are deeply moved by the process of buying the house. I met JP and Joanna last summer, and they helped us buy and sell a house. They are not only real estate agents, I prefer to call them real estate consultants, because they not only provide support in the process of buying and selling houses, but also have a full range of support in concept, direction, investment and follow-up management. Their service is not only in pre-sale and sale, but also in the after-sales.

I've seen consultants who do their homework well, but I haven't seen anyone who goes beyond JP and Joanna. Whatever we need, they provide well-organized written materials in the first place (immediately, immediately), and the effort behind this can be imagined. I have asked them for a lot of documents that go beyond the transaction itself, such as Kelowna's urban planning, Kelowna rental market and management norms, and they not only provide it immediately, but also have their own professional reviews and targeted advice.

I've also seen a lot of diligent sales consultants, but I've never seen anyone as diligent as JP and Joanna. They often work late into the night and work almost every weekend.
