I had the pleasure of working with JP Letnick over the past year and it was the best move I made as I live outside the Kelowna area.
I bought an investment property a few years ago in downtown Kelowna and was looking to sell it so we can transition to a larger property.
Rather than looking for a quick sale, JP advised me to hold on another year so I wouldn't take a loss on the property.
